Madura
Madura is an island located near Surabaya. Several years ago, you have to take the ferry to get there. Now, a bridge called "Suramadu" has been built and you can get there quite fast from Surabaya. After the Suramadu bridge was built, I had a chance to visit Madura Island and boy, I didn't know what I was missing! Below are some of my favorite photos that I took while I was there.

Jaddih Landscape
Jaddih is a large limestone quarry located in Madura, East Java. A lot of workers mine limestone here using various kinds of heavy equipments. I was fortunate to get to this spot early in the morning where there are no workers and heavy equipments. All I saw was the enormous limestone quarry landscape bathed by the morning light.
